Our client is a non-profit organization. They are looking for a temp Administrative Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office. 

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar
  • Input invoice data into a customized system
  • Utilize templets to prepare contracts
  • Manage files and gather missing information
  • Book conference calls and send details to attendees
  • Answer the phone, take messages, and screen calls

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience
  • Legal industry background preferred
  • Organized, articulate, and thorough
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
