Our client is a public accounting firm. They are looking for a temp to perm Administrative Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office. 

Responsibilities

  • Support invoicing and A/R processes
  • Draft documents and letters to clients
  • Create Excel spreadsheets and input data
  • Make calls and take phone messages
  • Scan, copy, collate and file documents
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned
 
 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Open to industry background
  • Responsible and dependable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Skilled in Excel and Quickbooks
