Our client is a service company. They are looking for a temp to perm Receptionist to join their Manhattan, NY office. 

Responsibilities

  • Answer and forward phone calls
  • Handle copying, faxing, and scanning
  • Manage and respond to correspondence
  • Draft memos, letters, and reports
  • Maintain and update files
  • Welcome staff and assist clients
  • Contribute to special projects
  • Offer additional support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of reception experience
  • Able to learn internal data management system 
  • Detail orientated and highly organizational 
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
