Benefits Administrator (1011722)

Our client is a bank. They are looking for a temp Benefits Administrator to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Verify the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS
  • Complete employees’ benefits enrollment changes in the HRIS
  • Assist in the planning and execution of annual benefit enrollment
  • Handle retiree medical and continuation of coverage enrollment
  • Update leave-of-absence records and disability paperwork
  • Support all day-to-day benefits and payroll activities and projects
  • Resolve employee/HR benefit inquiries and escalate when needed
  • Process payroll and benefit vendor invoices and track payment
  • Help with year-end payroll processing and W-2 reconciliations
  • Contribute to the Compensation & Discussion Analysis cycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of HR/benefits experience
  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices
  • Advanced knowledge of benefits administration
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Advanced Excel skills (V lookup, Pivots, Macros)
