Administrative Assistant (1011215)

Our client is a real estate firm. They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Long Island City, Queens office. 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee calendars and schedules
  • Oversee and update the office vacation calendar
  • Maintain attendance records for the office
  • Communicate with customers and handle requests
  • Assess client emails and resolve or escalate issues
  • Meet with Account Executive team to go over tasks
 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Open to industry, real estate preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized with keen attention to detail
  • Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
