Our client is a pharmaceuticals company. They are looking for a Recruiter to remotely join their office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing a recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent
  • Identify and implement recruiting resources for sourcing qualified candidates
  • Draft job descriptions, check references, and negotiate and extend job offers
  • Build a pipeline of candidates using networking, referrals, and recruiters
  • Oversee and facilitate the interview process and assessment of candidates
  • Develop process improvements to ensure satisfaction and process efficiency
  • Promote the company's image to candidates and external service providers
  • Prepare, gain approval, and extend new hire compensation package offers
  • Complete necessary reporting and analysis to support recruiting metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Able to assess and qualify candidates
  • Strong relationship development skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, results-driven, and a problem solver
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other job boards
