Our client is a healthcare organization. They are searching for an Office Manager/Administrator to join their Lynbrook, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all mail to ensure that items reach their intended recipients
  • Upload and file various company documents and correspondences
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for upper-level management
  • Support the onboarding of new employees 
  • Assist with other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Understanding of legal administrative work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
