Our client is an insurance firm. They are searching for a Temp Senior Accountant to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
Record, verify and consolidate transactions
Complete asset, revenue, and expense entries
Manage and balance subsidiary accounts
Oversee general ledger and reconcile entries
Prepare balance sheet and profit & loss statements
Provide financial information for auditors
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3+ years of accounting experience
Experience with month-end closing
Skilled in Excel (v-lookups, pivots)
Experience with NetSuite preferred
