Our client is a health insurance company. They are searching for a Senior IT Audit Manager to join their Manhattan, NY office. 

Responsibilities

• Complete the annual SOX/MAR/Internal audit scoping exercise
• Identify any changes the systems, applications or processes require
• Assess the operation of in-scope systems, processes, and controls
• Handle documentation updates and management assessments 
• Finalize audit work and results to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and test remediation plans for identified IT deficiencies
• Develop solutions for issues related to SOC implementations and access
• Communicate regular status updates to the Head of Internal Audit
• Assist with the preparation of periodic reporting for management 

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Audit experience
• Public (Big 4+) accounting background 
• Strong knowledge of applications and infrastructure
• Understanding of servers, databases, firewalls, etc.
• Experience with COSO and COBIT control models
