Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and direct calls
  • Scan, copy, and file documents
  • Organize and distribute mail
  • Welcome clients and guests
  • Draft and edit correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings with vendors
  • Schedule appointments with residents
  • Report resident complaints

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Punctual and reliable personality
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
