Responsibilities

  • Draft letters and documents
  • Develop spreadsheets and input data
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Input information into a customized system
  • Liaise with the board and executives

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Real estate industry background
  • Strong communication skills
  • Service-oriented and organized
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
