Service Integration and Management Lead (1010371)

A cosmetics company is looking for a Service Integration and Management Lead to join their Long Island City, Queens office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop collaborative relationships with the service providers
  • Understand customer strategy and act on behalf of the customer
  • Manage disputes and escalations to ensure smooth operations
  • Assess potential risks and discuss with service providers 
  • Review process and operations performance with stakeholders
  • Ensure regular monitoring of SLAs and intervention 
  • Verify compliance with service management processes
  • Oversee and monitor continual service improvements 
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer management
  • Provide subject matter expertise in service management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT experience
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • ITIL V3 expert
  • SIAM certified preferred
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Able to problem solve and take logical actions
