Trade Floor Support Level 3 (1010123)

Our client is a bank. They are looking for a Trade Floor Support Level 3 to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone calls, tickets, and e-mail requests for support
  • Submit, assign, and monitor tickets in Service Now queue
  • Assist with white gloves service for senior management and VIP users
  • Handle AV setup for conference calls and board meetings
  • Manage user onboarding activities, including account and desk setup
  • Support for Windows OS, desktop applications, vendor applications etc.

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of desktop support experience
  • Familiar with Windows 7 and 10
  • Understanding of active directories
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
