Contract Administration Specialist (1009623)

Our client is a manufacturer. They are looking for a Contract Administration Specialist to join their Yonkers, NY office. 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices for Transportation Authorities/Clients 
  • Draft Contractual Change Order documentation 
  • Manage Production Cars and Spare Parts delivery
  • Liaise with Contract Managers in preparation of DBE reports
  • Assist with client negotiations on commercial issues and tasks
  • Create and publish monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Schedule Company Management meetings

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of Contract Administration experience
  • Experience coordinating administrative activities
  • Able to maintain an user-friendly filing system
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-starter, strong problem-solving skills
