Responsibilities

As part of the direct hire team, you will promote and sell our professional services designed to help organizations hire top talent in order to improve the Administrative, Human Resources and Marketing operations of their business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Source, screen, and qualify Administrative, Human Resources and Marketing candidates for full time jobs
  • Research, identify, cold call, and sell to potential company prospects through creative sales and networking strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, as well as to identify additional opportunities for revenue streams
  • Market qualified candidates to new clients for immediate consideration
  • Documentation of all client and candidate conversations into internal database (Bullhorn), for historical data and productivity reporting

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Recruiting Industry work experience
  • 4-year bachelor's degree required
  • Demonstrated skills in interacting with candidates and supporting clients
  • A go-getter with a strong desire to succeed
  • Highly organized and self-motivated; professional and mature
  • Must be a strong communicator (speaking and writing)
  • Creative and can think "outside of the box" and must be able to "think on your feet"
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word & LinkedIn; Facebook, Twitter, and other Social Media
