As part of the direct hire IT team, you will promote and sell our professional services designed to help organizations improve the technology operations of their business.  
  • Research, identify, cold call, and sell to potential company prospects through creative sales and networking strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, as well as to identify additional opportunities for revenue streams
  • Source, screen, and qualify IT candidates for full time jobs.  Create a white glove service for candidates in their job search.
  • Market qualified candidates to new clients for immediate consideration
  • Documentation of all client and candidate conversations into internal database (Bullhorn), for historical data and productivity reporting


  • 0-1 years of work experience with the desire to learn and work in the recruiting industry
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales related experience
  • Demonstrated skills in interacting and selling to C-level executives
  • Information Technology discipline preferred, but open
  • Highly organized and self-motivated; professional and mature
  • Must be a strong communicator (speaking and writing) and trustworthy with proprietary information
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word & LinkedIn; Facebook, Twitter, and other Social Media platforms is a plus
  • Creative and can think "outside of the box" and must be able to "think on your feet"
  • A go-getter with a strong desire to succeed
