Administrative Assistant, Projects (1009554)

Our client is a construction company. They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Aid with the coordination of the development process
  • Manage the due diligence process and evaluation of build-outs
  • Create and maintain project budgets
  • Give administrative support for internal and client projects
  • Oversee the preparation of design and construction schedules
  • Monitor the permitting/entitlement process
  • Schedule project meetings with tenant construction teams
  • Maintain the various project information and reporting

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience
  • High school degree requires, college degree preferred
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
