Administrative Assistant, Warranty (1009481)

Our client is a manufacturing company. They seek an Administrative Assistant for their Warranty team to join their Yonkers, NY office. 

Responsibilities

  • Help the Warranty Manager in coordinating and overseeing the field offices
  • Manage all office administrative needs
  • Maintain the file system for the Warranty office
  • Oversee spreadsheets tracking various items 
  • Send files, faxes, and any correspondence according to instructions
  • Present a professional, competent and organized impression

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience 
  • Able to meet specific deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
