Technical Support Engineer (8121)

A technology firm is seeking a Technical Support Engineer.  

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Technical Support Engineer Director to manage strategic adoption plans
  • Set up and deliver technical presentations, product/service presentations, and other actions
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails to customers
  • Supervise inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into adopting our platform
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database
  • Relay brand identity and corporate position 

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience
  • Bachelor Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science
  • Experience with packet analysis tools and operating system analysis 
  • Knowledge regarding IT software operating platforms 
  • Understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration and management and endpoint security
