An accounting firm is seeking an Office Assistant.
 
The ideal candidate is someone who is responsible, reliable and prompt with strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
 

Responsibilities

  • Run office-related errands 
  • Perform general office administrative tasks
  • Conduct faxing, filing, photocopying
  • Act as backup receptionist when required 
  • Send and receive mail
  • Maintain office equipment
  • Oversee supply purchasing/inventory
  • Perform light typing

 


Requirements

  • At two years of experience
  • Accounting firm experience
