As the culture of working mothers continues to evolve, so too do the needs of women in the workplace. In fact, the concept of family is everchanging and with these changes comes the necessity to adapt and accommodate for your employees who are affected. The onus is on the employers to create an environment that is welcoming and accommodating of new parents.

Once again all Big Four accounting firms have been named in the top “100 Best Companies” for working moms. EY, Deloitte and PwC took out three of the top 10 spots and KPMG, although falling short of the top 10, made the top 5 of the Best Companies for Multicultural Women.
