It’s one week into the new year and therefore time to get moving on your goals and resolutions. Many people challenge themselves personally, but making professional goals is just as important.

There are some telltale signs that it’s time to start looking for a new job. Often it is best to get this process started sooner rather than later as your behavior at work and towards it, may detriment your performance. This could result in your termination before you even had the chance to begin your job search.

As the year winds down, the common practice of making resolutions for the coming year starts to pull focus. This is a great opportunity to set goals as a manager that will ensure you don’t fall into bad habits that have undoubtedly formed over time and not just the past year.

It’s bizarre to think the holidays are upon us again. It has been an incredible year and we have our clients and candidates to thank for that.
